I think that moving to Tumblr made me an even lazier blogger. With a click of a button, I don’t need to visit someone’s blog anymore. And if you’re not on Tumblr, then there’s a big fat chance that I don’t visit or know your blog at all.
So, I’m trying to break that bad habit of mine. I’m trying to discover blogs that are not on Tumblr and I thought I should share them to you, in case you got the Bloggus lazyitis. Most of these blogs, however, are DIY+handmade blogs.
I’m more of a design geek, really.
Skunkboy Blog. I was looking for a blog review last night and I’ve stumbled upon Katie’s colorful life. I was surprised when I saw her theme though… Anyway, I find her really pretty and she doesn’t look like a mother of two! If I were to become a mother, she’s definitely going to be my peg. ;) Blogging wise, I absolutely adore her photos. They’re quite personal yet quirky and beautifully taken.
Vanilla & Lace. I like her blog’s name/title. Her website is a photo/fashion blog of some sorts but one thing I did notice is her take on minimalism. I’m a big fan of minimalism, which is good enough reason why I need to include her on this list.
A Beautiful Mess. Obviously, this blog is a MUST feature. They’re your one stop blog for everything arts & crafts related. They also offer e-courses for you to join (one course cost about $30++) and tons of tips about photography, home decor and many more.
Flutter Happy. The blog name alone makes me smile. I found Arvee’s blog thorugh my stats! Hehehe. I was included in one of her link love entries a few months ago. This is one personal blog with tasteful photos and positive vibes.
Maiedae. I’m including her in this list because of reasons! She’s a fashion & graphic design blogger with vibrant red hair! <3 I feel like I found a blog role-model.
Rainbowholic. If Singapore has Xiaxue, then Kaila is probably Japan’s kawaii version. Kaila is actually a long blogger friend of mine. She’s born and raised in the Philippines, then she moved to Japan. Now, she’s like this big blogger star there + a signature car (see photo above). :) If you’re interested in Japan culture and cute-patootsie stuff, then this is the go-to blog.
I want to check out your blog! Leave your links on the comment box below!
