Install LinkWithin
According to the website, “LinkWithin is a blog widget that appears under each post, linking to related stories from your blog archive.” It features your old entries, regardless of how long ago it was posted, and increases your site’s page views. Not to mention, it keeps your readers engage in browsing your site more. Here’s a snapshot of LinkWithin on my blog:
Truth is, it’s supposed to show up automatically if you followed the instructions on the LinkWithin page. But in case that doesn’t work, here’s a quick tutorial on how to install it manually:
- Go to LinkWithin and register your website. Copy the code and read the instructions.
- Go to your Customize page, click the Edit HTML button and paste the code before the </body> tag.
- Paste this code before the {/block:Post} tag:
<div class=”linkwithin_hook”></div>
If the code is still not showing up after 24 hours, hit them an e-mail for help.
** If you found this tutorial useful, I”ll be very grateful if you could link my blog (kistykreme.net). Thank you!
