Azta Ombre Color Experience

The Azta Urban Salon: Ombre Color Technology Experience KISTYKREME.NET by Kisty Mea

Last Sunday, I impulsively went to Azta Urban Salon at Eastwood to finally get my hair done. Because ombre hair is the new thing, Azta Urban Salon have decided to offer its customers the Ombre Color Technology. If I’m not mistaken, a lot of bloggers out there have tried their services.

Originally, I wanted pink ombre hair but they didn’t have any pink dye available. So I asked if it’s possible to dye my hair red so it could fade into pink, just like what happened to my highlights. My stylist, Mr. Andy, said that this was possible and the process could take at least two to three hours depending.

The nice thing about Azta is that they promise not to keep you bored while getting your hair done. They have free wifi, a wide array of magazines and milk tea. As for me, I settled for my iPad so I can finally finish Final Fantasy 3.

The first process was to bleach my hair, so that the ombre would be visible. The process took us an hour already, haha. After blow drying it, this is how it looks like:

Say hello to my super dry and damaged hair.

After bleaching my hair, they dyed everything with a L’Oreal red dye. No photos of me with the red dye coz’ it looks weird and I was busy playing FF3. Hehe.

By the time it was finished, this was the result:

Hello, red hair. I think it was pretty clever for me to dye it red instead of pink, because this is like getting two hair color at once. Why? Because in a few weeks time, the ends will fade into pink. :)
