Sephora Beauty Haul + Quick Giveaway

When it comes to my skin, I guess it’s safe to say that I’ve been very fortunate. At age 23, my skin remains soft and not one scar in sight (except for my appendix operation but I don’t count that as a scar but rather, a 72-hour miracle). I am, however, was cursed with fine lines. Sometimes, when I look at the mirror and I see these lines and stretch marks, I just feel horrible and old and ugly. How to solve this? Retail beauty therapy.

Soap and Glory’s Wish Upon A Jar

First and foremost, I like Soap and Glory’s packaging. The packaging alone can literally make you want to buy their products but I’m not that impulsive. ;) I’ve visited Sephora countless of times but this is the first time I ever bought something from that brand.

This product is a 21-day collagen overhaul cream that promises to boosts moisture levels, smoothen fine lines and wrinkles, brightens tired skin and hides imperfections. The cream is quick thick and one dab is enough to cover the whole face. After two days of applying this cream, my face feels firmer and brighter.

Philosophy Eye Hope™ Advanced Anti-Aging Eye Cream

Another brand that I like when it comes to packaging is Philosophy. Isn’t it obvious that even while shopping, I scour for products with good design? Hahaha. I thought I’ll give this product a try because there were tons of eye creams in Sephora and… well, I don’t know which one is the best.

This product is an anti-aging eye treatment that reduces puffiness. It is also designed to diminish dark circles and minimize the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles. I can’t really tell if it does diminish dark circles because I’ve been sleeping in lately. I think it does at some point but it’s too early to tell. Let’s see if the product will work when I need to pull off an all-nighter. ;) The product stings a bit though, which is kinda annoying but tolerable.

Talika Eyelash Lipocils

During my vacation, I’ve decided to give eyelash extensions a try because I want volume and more length. WORST. DECISION. EVER. The lashes irritated my eyes non-stop! The worst part is, I had a really hard time removing the lashes. You know what I did? I’ve decided to snip my eyelashes out!!! :(

So I’ve decided to purchase this product, in hopes that it can make my lashes grow longer. I’ve only been using these products for three days now so it’s still too early to say that it works but let’s hope it does!

And the title said, quick giveaway! But before I proceed to the giveaway, let me tell you that I always feel kilig whenever somebody makes an art out of my photos. In fact, I always upload these illustrations on my Facebook account. :3

Thank you so much to Dana Decena for making me a Candyble! :) I swear I just want to hug this cutie-patootie version of me! Hahaha!

And now for the giveaway! :)

No, I’m not throwing a Naked 1 or 2 giveaway. I wish but maybe when there’s a really special occasion? For now, I’ll give away my extra Flavors.me upgrade (worth $20).

I’ll thought I’ll just share it to one lucky blog reader/follower. :) All you need to do is follow my reblog blog (because seriously, it needs some blog love!). The winner will be chosen via Random.org on July 7. Make sure your ask is enabled, so I can contact you! <3

Also, don’t forget that OASAP is throwing a giveaway and it’s going to end in a few days, join now by signing up here. Good luck!
