Little Miss Dress Up: White & Floral
I haven’t been actively blogging these past few months and you’re probably wondering what I’ve been up to lately. After Typhoon Haiyan, I just didn’t feel like blogging. I have a lot of ideas for a blog post though. In fact, I have more than 10 entries on my draft page! But I’m too lazy to finish any of them. I’m guessing I’m having those blogger burnout phase. Don’t worry, it will soon pass.
But I’m glad that you adorable cupcakes still visit my blog (and joined my giveaway!). Group hug, guys! <3
Outfit Details: Forever 21 Eyelet Bustier Top • OASAP Floral Pants • Topshop Platforms • Spike Necklace from Diva
Moving on with the outfit post. So, I bought this nice floral pants (almost too white, to be honest) from OASAP. I love the design but I might DIY it and convert it into shorts. Sorry, but I just hate pants… I wasn’t blessed with long legs, and most of the pants available in the market are too long for me. Luckily, killer heels were invented and I get to cheat, and look taller!
Of course, I’ll only wear heels IF I’m only going to sit all day. Killer heels and walking all day? I think it’s crazy but I’ll admire anyone who can pull that off. ;)
Leave The Boy Alone
What’s up, homeslice? How’s December treating you all? :) First of all, I want to apologize for the lack of updates. I just couldn’t find the heart to write something, especially with Typhoon Haiyan hitting my home country. Plus, I’ve been spending a lot of time reading and going out of the house on weekends.
I do have a couple of entries lined up for you, including a bad ass giveaway. But let’s start the month of giving with a mid-outfit post (ano daw? HAHA Segway ang Queen of Selfies!).
Snapback, the urban slang for baseball caps, is back in trend. Well, it was a few months ago. The most notable hat this season is the Boy London cap, the I’m one I’m wearing on the photo. Mine is obviously a OASAP knock-off because it’s obviously cheaper. Hehehe.
But did you know that back in high school, I used to “borrow” my grandfather’s collection of snapback hats? Yep. I was into hip-hop (and this cool xls2000 at musicians friend!) back then. Would you believe?
How about you? What were you ‘into’ when you were in high school?
Little Miss Dress Up: Shiftless
I’m too lazy to do anything after a “long day” at work. I find this excuse quite odd because I’m not doing anything at work anyway. I can’t even be bothered to do the laundry, let alone take photos for my blog. I’m simply out of my element.
Jump to me, trying to put some effort. And by effort, I mean “use blogging as an excuse to exercise your lazy butt.” How slothful. I need to exercise.
Jump to the details of the outfit and how it looks like I’m going to the club or something. I received this cute denim midriff top from Shoppe Yourstyle, an online store based in Bacolod. It has these floral prints which screams edgy and girly at the same time. I decided to pair it my jacket from F&X and my skirt from Untitled Label because I didn’t feel like showing any skin.
P.S. Stay tuned for a blog giveaway!
Little Miss Dress Up: Love, Miss Retro
Here’s the full outfit shot of the dress I was wearing in my recent ~ s e l f i e s ~. I love this dress so much that I’ve decided that this will be my outfit for my birthday (exactly a month from now… excited much? HAHA). :)
I don’t know why but I just love polka dots. <3 I think it’s because they’re not as common as stripes and other patterns? I dunno. My first retro-style dress was this customized red polka-dotted dress I got from Etsy. I also own a blue denim dress from Candie’s and a school girl dress from Forever 21. :) But the cheapest polka-dotted clothing I ever bought was the pink pleated skirt from the first ever Blogger’s United. Hehe.
Well, that is all for now. Goodnight, my little cupcakes! xo
P.S. Have you seen my latest DIY project? ;)
