These Fonts Are So Pretty Everybody Wants It!

Every very now and then, there’s a trend in the blogosphere that’s either wonderful or sickening. Remember the calligraphy and lettering hype late last year? Almost everyone I know was on board that train, and it was loads of fun. In fact, I practically spent a whole month hoarding brush pens.

This year, at least for the first quarter, handmade brush typefaces, and clean WordPress themes are in. They’re popular for a reason: THEY’RE GORGEOUS. If you’re dying to join the bandwagon, well today’s your lucky day because I’m going to share with you the popular themes and typefaces everyone has been using within my blog network.

TYPEFACES

Let’s start with my favorite and most popular typeface this month — Manhattan Darling. I have been using this typeface since January for my travel posts. Please note that you need to purchase an extended license if you’re planning to use this for commercial use.

The next popular brush typeface is Wanderlust Letters. This was the font I used for my first blog logo this year.

Away is another blogger favorite. Unlike the previous typefaces mentioned, this one has that rugged feel.

If you’d like to steer away from the Brush Font trend this month, why not go with Octavia Script?
This also includes a watercolor pack which you can use to create beautiful artworks, like the photo above.
